Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Active Wisconsin Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license required
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
• Previous experience in school settings is a plus, especially working with K-8 students
• Knowledge of common disabilities and tailored intervention strategies
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, staff, and families
• Energy, adaptability, and a genuine passion for helping children succeed

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver direct therapy services
• Address a range of communication needs, including articulation, fluency, language, and social-pragmatic skills
• Collaborate closely with educators and support staff to create a supportive learning environment
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines
• Provide valuable resources and consultation to families and teachers
• Monitor and adjust interventions based on ongoing progress and evolving needs
