Responsibilities Develop and implement infection control policies and procedures to minimize the risk of infection and disease transmission Conduct routine surveillance and monitoring of infection control practices and identify areas for improvement Collaborate with other departments to ensure a comprehensive approach to infection control Provide education and training to staff on infection control practices and protocols Investigate and report all suspected or confirmed cases of infection and disease transmission Participate in quality assessment and performance improvement activities to ensure compliance with standards and regulations Maintain accurate and detailed records of all infection control activities and results About the Role As a RN Infection Control Nurse IP, you'll work closely with our healthcare team to ensure that our facilities and practices meet the highest standards of infection control.
