Busser/Food Runner

DESCRIPTION

Position Summary

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Bussers to support our front-of-house team and help deliver a great guest experience. This role is essential in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient dining environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver orders from the kitchen to the correct tables rapidly and accurately, ensuring proper presentation and temperature ("Hot Food Hot, Cold Food Cold").

• Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently

• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, bar, and service stations

• Communicate customers needs to serving staff and assist guests as needed

• Stock and restock supplies (napkins, utensils, condiments, etc.)

• Support opening and closing duties

• Maintain cleanliness of restrooms and common areas throughout shift

• Communicate effectively with servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant experience preferred but not required

• Strong work ethic and ability to stay busy during slow periods

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Team-oriented mindset

• Strong attention to cleanliness and detail

• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 30 lbs for extended periods

Schedule Requirements

• Availability on nights, weekends, and holidays required

• Flexible scheduling based on business needs

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly wage: $15/hour plus tips
