Job Title: Recycling Team Lead
Shift: 1st Shift 8:30am - 5:30pm. Monday - Friday.
Location: Grapevine, TX 76051
Pay: $17/hr - Weekly Pay.

Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and dependable Lead to join our electronics recycling team. This position will oversee daily operations, support team members, and help ensure safety, quality, and productivity standards are met.

Requirements:
• Knowledge of R2 Electronics Recycling is REQUIRED
• Bilingual in Mandarin strongly preferred
• Previous leadership or team lead experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work in an industrial environment
• Reliable attendance and punctuality required

• Lead and support employees during daily operations
• Assist with industrial waste management and recycling processes
• Ensure compliance with safety and operational procedures
• Oversee electronics reuse and recycling activities
• Maintain organization and workflow efficiency
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
Requirements
Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship

Lift up to 50 pounds
