Base salaries are determined during our interview process, by assessing a candidate’s experience, skills against internal peers and against the scope and responsibilities of the position.Job SummaryThe Senior Director of the Walkerville Production Site leads one of our most critical manufacturing operations, shaping the performance, culture, and long‑term success of the facility. You will guide strategic decision‑making, champion innovation, and ensure the site operates with agility and precision in a fast‑evolving environment.
