Scheduling Coordinator

Job Description

Sirius Staffing is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator to support service scheduling, dispatching, and resource coordination activities for a large utility client in The Woodlands, Texas. This role requires a highly organized individual who can manage multiple responsibilities and deliverables in a fast-paced environment while communicating effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM, onsite

(Schedule flexibility/availability for additional hours may be required to support storms, outages, emergencies, and other business needs)

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 0-4 years of customer service, meter service, or service scheduling/dispatching experience.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work with multiple levels of the organizational structure.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
• Must be able to work well with others.
• Experience in scheduling resources for maintenance and construction practices.
