Portfolio Analyst

We are looking for a junior portfolio manager or portfolio analyst to assist in the execution and management of diverse investment strategies. This role involves converting investment strategies into actionable trades, overseeing portfolio risk and positioning, and working closely with portfolio managers and various teams. The position provides an opportunity to gain experience in multi-asset investing, combining quantitative analysis, market insights, and operational tasks, with a pathway to advance into a Portfolio Manager role.

Primary Responsibilities

• Actively participate in portfolio execution and management.
• Assist with trade execution and daily portfolio tasks.
• Monitor and report on portfolio performance and risk.
• Contribute to the development of portfolio construction tools.
• Collaborate with teams for efficient execution.
• Conduct quantitative analysis to inform strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Econometrics, or Finance.
• 0-2 years of experience in asset management, trading, or investment analytics.
• Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling; knowledge of Python or R is advantageous.
• Interest in financial markets with strong analytical skills.
• Detail-oriented and team-focused.

Preferred Qualifications

• Progress toward CFA or FRM certification.
• Familiarity with investment management systems and new technologies.
