Human Resources Generalist

Position Summary

We are a fast-growing logistics and supply chain company operating across North America and Latin America. We support cross-border e-commerce, warehouse operations, and freight logistics in a dynamic, high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for office, warehouse, and management positions.
• Partner with business leaders on hiring plans, employee development, performance management, and workforce planning.
• Handle employee relations matters, coaching, investigations, and disciplinary actions.
• Support onboarding, offboarding, employee engagement, and retention initiatives.
• Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including HR documentation, employee records, and policy administration.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and U.S. employment regulations.
• Support payroll, benefits, and other HR projects as needed.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of HR experience in recruiting, HR operations, HRBP, or employee relations.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of U.S. employment laws and HR best practices.
• Experience in logistics, warehousing, or fast-growing environments preferred.
• Bilingual English and Chinese is a plus.
