As a Farmers Insurance Sales Representative, you'll help individuals, families, and business owners protect what matters most. You'll build relationships, identify customer needs, recommend insurance solutions, and develop the skills necessary to succeed in a competitive, performance-driven environment.

I'm looking for people who are coachable, dependable, willing to learn, and ready to put in the work. Previous insurance experience is a plus, but having the right attitude, work ethic, and willingness to grow matters just as much

Responsibilities

Build relationships with prospective and existing customers.

Identify customer needs and recommend personalized insurance solutions.

Educate clients on auto, home, renters, life, and commercial insurance.

Generate new business through prospecting, referrals, networking, and follow-up.

Deliver exceptional customer service and build long-term client relationships.

Develop sales, communication, and business management skills.

Work toward opportunities for leadership, advancement, and potential agency ownership.

Requirements

To become an insurance agent, you must be at least 18 years old, pass a state-specific background check, complete mandatory pre-licensing coursework, and pass your state’s licensing exams for your specific line of authority.
