The main purpose of the Seasonal Sales Associate is:

Driving sales, establishing, and maintaining customer relationships by delivering superior customer service and assists in the merchandising and maintenance of the floor.

Primary responsibilities include:

• Greets and assists all EVE guests in an efficient and courteous manner.
• Defines, communicates, and maintains high standards of guest service at all times.
• Provides a luxury lifestyle experience for all guests as they visit EVE
• Maintains a strong knowledge of offerings at EVE and can guide guests to appropriate merchandise, accessory options, gift ideas, etc.
• Anticipates the services sought after by ascertaining the mood and style of the guest; identifies solutions before being asked.
• Develops strong working relationships with EVE management, teammates, and vendors.
• Actively researches shopping and experiential trends to ensure EVE can provide guests with services both expected and unexpected.
• Corresponds with guests who require follow up or solutions.
• Participates in and successfully completes all training programs.
• Acts as a store ambassador within EVE to highlight the store's services, amenities, and events.

Desired qualifications include:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred
• 2+ years of retail experience
• Basic computer skills required
• Must be extremely organized
• Must possess good math/counting skills
• Must have outstanding written/verbal communication
• Must have retail/merchandising knowledge

Schedule: Flexible, includes days, evenings, and weekends.
