The Aubree Lewis Group is looking for a Chief of Staff to become a key leadership partner in a business with a vision much bigger than simply selling real estate. We're building a listing-first real estate company, a media company powered by real estate, and an education-driven brand with the goal of becoming one of the most trusted names in Upstate South Carolina. Real estate is our engine, but media, especially YouTube, is one of the primary ways we amplify our brand, generate opportunities, educate consumers, and grow. This person will work closely with Aubree to bring structure to vision, connect departments, develop people, strengthen accountability, and build the operational foundation necessary for significant growth. We're looking for a builder, but a finisher. Compensation: Salary Range: $70,000–$80,000 Bonus Opportunity Paid Time Off Health Stipend Responsibilities: • Turn Vision Into Execution Partner closely with Aubree to turn company vision, ideas, and priorities into clear action plans and measurable results. Lead the execution of company-wide initiatives, ensuring important priorities move from discussion to completion. Anticipate challenges before they become problems, raise concerns when needed, and bring practical solutions forward. Protect leadership’s time by identifying what requires Aubree’s involvement and what can be independently solved, delegated, or executed. • Build the Infrastructure for Scalable Growth Create strong alignment across operations, sales, marketing, and leadership so everyone is moving toward the same goals. Assess existing processes and develop the systems, SOPs, technology, and accountability structures needed to support the company’s next stage of growth. Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and operational gaps, then take action before they slow the business down. Leverage AI, automation, and technology to increase efficiency, productivity, and operational leverage. Develop meaningful KPIs and reporting systems that give leadership clear visibility into performance and support better decision-making. Oversee key financial and business operations, including budgets, commissions, reporting, and overall operational performance. Lead Marketing & Media Operations Media is not a side project in this business. It is a core driver of lead generation, brand authority, recruiting, and the growth of the Aubree Lewis brand. Provide leadership, structure, and accountability for the marketing and media function, turning strategy into consistent execution. Bring strong working knowledge of YouTube as a business growth and lead-generation platform , including content strategy, production workflows, YouTube SEO, audience development, analytics, and performance optimization. Oversee the systems and processes supporting YouTube, social media, email marketing, SEO, Google Business Profile, listing marketing, recruiting campaigns, brand partnerships, and future educational content. Ensure marketing and content initiatives are executed consistently, on schedule, and in alignment with broader business objectives. Monitor marketing performance, lead generation, conversion, and ROI to identify what is working, what needs to improve, and where the company should invest. • Develop People & Drive Accountability Lead and hold the marketing team and external partners accountable for execution. You do not need to personally film, edit, or design content, but you need enough marketing and video expertise to confidently lead the people who do. Lead, coach, and develop the administrative and operational team. Strengthen accountability across the sales organization through scorecards, KPIs, systems, coaching, and consistent follow-through. Build and improve recruiting, onboarding, training, and professional development systems as the company grows. Establish clear expectations, reinforce ownership, and ensure commitments are consistently followed through. Help create a culture where people take ownership, communicate openly, embrace growth, and hold themselves and one another to high standards.
