A leading, integrated healthcare system is seeking Family Medicine Physicians to join established and growing outpatient primary care practices across multiple locations. Schedule / Shift

• Full-time position
• Outpatient-only practice
• Daytime clinic schedule
• Outpatient call responsibilities only (minimal, supporting work-life balance)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care services in an outpatient setting
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
• Deliver preventive care, screenings, and wellness services
• Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and care teams
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation using an integrated EMR system
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and patient care programs
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and preventive health
• Ensure compliance with all clinical, regulatory, and organizational standards

Requirements & Qualifications

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) from an accredited institution
• Completion of an accredited Family Medicine Residency Program
• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine
• Ability to obtain an unrestricted state medical license
• DEA certification (or ability to obtain)
• Strong communication, teamwork, and patient-centered care skills
