About the Role As a Direct Support Professional in the MMDP program, you will provide one‑on‑one support and assistance to individuals with developmental disabilities. You will help individuals achieve their goals and engage in meaningful activities. You will assist with daily living tasks, personal care, medication administration, and community integration. This is a part‑time position. Weekly hours range from 20 to 30 hours per week. Work schedule: Monday‑Friday, 9 am‑4 pm. Rate: $20.50. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Prior experience with individuals with special needs or developmental disabilities is preferred. Ability to communicate effectively and empathetically.
