About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Product Management to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of retail technology with a focus on data-driven intelligence. The successful candidate will lead a global team of directors, product managers, and related functions, driving the product organization's operating rhythm and setting high standards for product analysis, research, and prioritization. This role requires a leader with a strong operational background, the ability to mentor and develop team members, and a deep engagement with customers to incorporate market needs into product roadmaps. The VP will be instrumental in ensuring the company's products are designed for customer delight, further enhancing the brand's reputation for innovation and execution. Candidates for the VP of Product Management position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or equivalent work experience, with a preference for a Master's degree. A minimum of 10 years' product management leadership experience in multi-product B2B SaaS, particularly with a background in retail solutions, is essential. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of conceiving and delivering products centered around data and AI/ML, as well as a deep understanding of the product management process. Strong communication skills, technical proficiency, and a history of driving product growth strategy and related KPIs are also key requirements. The role demands a professional with a bias to action, a history of high performance, and the ability to manage a scaled SaaS product.
