Job Description

Our client is seeking a Land Development CAD Drafter to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled drafter who enjoys working on a variety of residential, commercial, municipal, and industrial civil projects.

The position also offers the opportunity to take on additional design responsibilities after mastering our clients design standards.

\n

What You'll Do

\n

\n
• Prepare civil sketches, construction drawings, and detailed plans.
\n
• Support residential, commercial, municipal, and industrial projects.
\n
• Develop drawings for grading, paving, stormwater management, utilities, zoning, and infrastructure improvements.
\n
• Read, interpret, and draft plans, profiles, cross sections, and details.
\n
• Collaborate closely with engineers on civil and land development projects.
\n
• Work toward taking on additional design responsibilities as your experience grows.
\n

What We're Looking For

\n

\n
• 3+ years of related drafting experience preferred.
\n
• Land development experience is a plus.
\n
• Proficiency in AutoCAD required .
\n
• Carlson software knowledge is a plus.
\n
• Technical school degree and/or civil engineering-related drafting coursework.
\n
• Strong attention to detail.
\n
• Ability to complete projects within established deadlines.
\n
• Motivated to learn and contribute to a growing company.
\n
