Lead Recruiter

Align strategically with executives on processes, reporting, and new initiatives Drive and adhere to KPIs Execute continuous improvement solutions Manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, daily utilization of ATS (iCIMS), offer negotiation, and onboarding Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop recruiting strategies Maintain pipelines of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs Coordinate and schedule interviews Develop and maintain partnerships with universities, professional organizations, and industry networks Participate in job fairs, recruiting events, and employer branding initiatives Advise hiring managers on market trends, talent availability, and recruiting best practices Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and diversity hiring initiatives Build relationships with external vendors and recruiting partners Support onboarding and collaborate with HR teams for smooth transitions Perform other duties as assigned Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered 5+ years of talent acquisition or recruiting experience (agency or in-house) Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruiting and sourcing techniques Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding, while effectively managing relationships with stakeholders and ensuring compliance with employment laws.
