What to Anticipate

• Compensation: A guaranteed salary exceeding $260,000, contingent on experience.
• Signing Bonus: A one-time bonus of $20,000.
• Retention Bonus: Available in the second year of employment.
• Patient Load: An average of 18-22 patients daily.
• Call Schedule: Shared among physicians.
• Technology: Utilization of the Epic EHR system.

Educational Background

• Required: Doctor of Medicine (MD).
• Preferred: PhD.

Experience

• Experience in Family Practice is preferred.
