OTR/AG Sales Manager

Order and Maintain tire inventories based on KPI's Monitor sales performance, margins, and market trends to adjust strategy as needed Oversee hiring, training, and performance management of sales staff Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of products and services to deliver accurate information to customers Assess customer needs and provide tailored product recommendations, offering hands‑on explanations when necessary Promote and perform fleet inspections on customer job sites Perform other duties as assigned What You Need: Required: 3+ years experience in Agricultural Tire Sales or equipment. Required: 3+ years experience in Off the Road Tire Sales or equipment. Deep understanding of agricultural and off-the-road tire applications, equipment, and customer needs 3 years Management experience Valid Driver's License and ability to pass pre-employment driver's file Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with others Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with MaddenCo is preferred Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion MSHA certification TIA 200 and 300 certifications Don't let your career stall -put it in drive with Pomp's Tire Service!
