Physical Therapist I

Evaluates patients and develops individualized physical therapy plans to restore function, prevent disability and improve physical abilities. Provides evidence-based interventions, documents progress, coordinates care with physicians and clinical staff, and supervises therapy assistants as required. The varied patient population includes orthopedic, neurological, vestibular and aquatic therapy needs.
