SUMMARY: The Industrial Maintenance Technician will play a crucial role in troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing complex industrial equipment to ensure smooth operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, enforce safety protocols, and conduct regular inspections to prevent equipment failures and downtime. This role requires the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, resolve technical issues efficiently, and maintain high standards of equipment performance and reliability. The Industrial Maintenance Technician will also play a key role in optimizing equipment functionality and ensuring a safe and productive industrial environment. GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Execute preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial machinery, electrical systems, hydraulic/pneumatic systems, conveyors, pumps, motors, and production equipment. Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and PLC-based equipment to minimize downtime and maximize operational efficiency. Interpret and apply mechanical drawings, schematics, blueprints, and equipment manuals accurately and effectively. Document maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment performance precisely. Install and test new machinery, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. Partner with engineering, production, and safety teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives. Track equipment performance and propose upgrades or replacements as needed. Follow OSHA regulations and uphold company safety procedures at all times. Skills and Qualifications: 2-4 years of industrial maintenance in manufacturing, production, or heavy industry. Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Proficient in troubleshooting PLCs (such as Allen-Bradley, Siemens). Welding, fabrication, and machining experience is a plus. Able to work from blueprints, manuals, and equipment specs. Proven record of working safely and efficiently in industry. Able to lift heavy equipment, stand for long hours, and work in varied conditions. Associate degree or technical certification in Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or related field preferred. Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) preferred. OSHA 10/30 or other safety training preferred.
