Overview Registered Nurse – Operating Room, Batesville, Arkansas, US. Travel assignment starting 07/20/2026 for 13 weeks. Weekly pay range: $2,097–$2,168 per week. Guaranteed hours: 40 per week. Key Highlights Start date: 07/20/2026 Contract duration: 13 weeks Weekly pay: $2,097–$2,168 Guaranteed hours: 40/week Shift: 4x10 Work setting: hospital OR travel assignment On‑call: 3–4 shifts per month, including one 24‑hour weekend call Responsibilities Circulate in the operating room across GYN, ENT, Urology, Orthopedics, General, and Vascular procedures; manage instrumentation, maintain sterile technique, and coordinate with the surgical team. Monitor patient status throughout the perioperative period; advocate for patient safety and comfort; provide physical and psychological support to patients and families. Collaborate with anesthesia, scrub, circulating staff, and other disciplines to promote efficient, high‑quality care and achieve desired patient outcomes. Document perioperative care and intraoperative events in the patient record (MediTech experience required). Ensure equipment readiness, infection prevention controls, and adherence to standards of practice and policy. Requirements Current, valid Arkansas RN license (or multi‑state/compact license) with Nursys verification showing active status. Active BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (American Heart Association). Minimum 2 years of OR experience; able to circulate in GYN, ENT, Urology, Orthopedics, General, and Vascular cases. MediTech experience. Two supervisory references within the last two years. Availability for 3–4 on‑call shifts per month, including one 24‑hour weekend call. Ability to work in a hospital OR travel setting and meet the assignment’s guaranteed hours.
