This structure allows our teams to stay close to customer needs while operating with the scale and support of a global software company./ppProcess Manufacturing is hiring for an Inside Sales Representative, to extend our customer reach across the printing industry within the Small to Medium sized Business market. These reps are responsible for maintaining a routine call frequency into their prospect and customer bases to establish and strengthen trustworthy relationships with decision-makers and business owners. Reps must be able to provide high-value-add to our customer base by selling Graphic Communications Print MIS and Web-to-Print solutions and services to extend product life cycles, provide additional product functionality and benefits, advance the desired state of customer workflows while constantly challenging executives to make additional improvements to their business./ppPosition Duties/pulliConsistently exceed quarterly and annual sales targets as an individual contributor/liliOwn the full sales cycle, from lead qualification through contract close/liliDevelop and execute account strategies to drive growth across assigned territory/liliEstablish and maintain long-term, trusted advisor relationships with new and existing clients/liliPartner with sales and marketing teams to uncover upsell and cross-sell opportunities within accounts/liliResearch target companies and decision-makers to generate and qualify new sales opportunities/liliDeliver compelling, value-focused product demonstrations to prospective users/liliNegotiate pricing, terms, and conditions within approval guidelines to maximize deal value/liliLeverage Salesforce.com and other sales tools to provide accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports to leadership/li/ulpPosition Requirements/pulli35 years of software or technology sales experience/liliSolid understanding of enterprise business systems (e.g., MIS, ERP, MES)/liliAbility to maintain a strong external outboud phone call and email outreach/liliStrong consultative selling skills and sound business acumen/liliProven ability to manage a high volume of transactions while maintaining productivity/liliExceptional presentation, communication, and customer engagement skills/liliExperience working independently and collaboratively across teams in a remote environment/li/ulpCAI Software is an EEO/Veterans/Disabled employer./ppEqual Employment Opportunity/ppCAI Software is an Equal Opportunity employer.
