Job Summary:

Provide specialized imaging support in interventional radiology and special procedures, assisting with complex vascular and neuro-interventional cases. Ensure patient safety and quality imaging to facilitate accurate diagnosis and treatment.

Responsibilities:

• 
  Operate and troubleshoot advanced imaging equipment, including Siemens Bi-plane and single-plane systems.
  
  
• 
  Assist physicians with neuro, stroke, aneurysm, and other interventional procedures.
  
  
• 
  Monitor patient vitals and ensure adherence to safety protocols during procedures.
  
  
• 
  Maintain detailed documentation within EMR systems such as Meditech and GE Centricity PACS.
  
  
• 
  Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care.
  
  
• 
  Adhere to unit policies, maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and professionalism.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Hold ARRT (R) certification and current BLS certification.
  
  
• 
  Minimum of 6 months of recent acute care hospital IR tech experience.
  
  
• 
  Demonstrate knowledge of vascular and neuro-interventional radiology procedures.
  
  
• 
  Possess excellent technical skills with modern IR equipment.
  
  
• 
  Have strong communication and teamwork abilities.
  
  
• 
  Previous experience with neuro interventions, strokes, and aneurysm treatments preferred.
