Location: South Holland, Illinois
Schedule: Full-Time and Part-Time Opportunities Available
Pay: Starting at $48–$56+/hour based on experience, school placement, and assignment details
ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated and student-focused School Psychologist to join a supportive school district in South Holland, IL for the 2026–2027 school year. This role is ideal for professionals passionate about helping students thrive academically, socially, and emotionally within a collaborative school environment.
Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational assessments and evaluations
Interpret data and present findings in IEP and eligibility meetings
Provide individual and group counseling services
Support behavior management and intervention strategies
Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
Assist in crisis intervention and prevention efforts
Ensure compliance with state, federal, and district guidelines
Qualifications
Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology
Active Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with School Psychologist endorsement
Previous school-based experience preferred
Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
