Occupational Therapist Assistant (OTA) $30–$40/hr • 1:1 Care • No Evenings or Weekends • Low Patient Volume Tired of high-volume clinics and burnout? We are a growing outpatient clinic focused on 1:1 care, longterm patient relationships, and whole-person health , and we’re looking for the right PTA to join our team. What You’ll Get $30–$40/hour (based on experience) Monday–Friday, 8:00–5:00 schedule No evenings. No weekends. Ever. 1-hour lunch built in daily True 1:1 care (no double booking) 10–11 patients per day (not 14–18 like mills) Built-in documentation time This is a schedule designed for long-term sustainability , not burnout.
