What You’ll Get $30–$40/hour (based on experience) Monday–Friday, 8:00–5:00 schedule No evenings. No weekends. Ever. 1-hour lunch built in daily True 1:1 care (no double booking) 10–11 patients per day (not 14–18 like mills) Built-in documentation time This is a schedule designed for long-term sustainability , not burnout.
