Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN for an ICU position to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to critically ill patients with diverse diagnoses.
• Manage patient care with nurse-to-patient ratios of 1:2-3 in an ICU setting.
• Titrate cardiac, insulin, and sedation drips according to protocols.
• Interpret and document cardiac monitor readings and collaborate with tele techs.
• Float to PCU or MedSurg as needed, maintaining care ratios.
• Respond promptly to on-call requirements and arrive within 30 minutes if necessary.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state of California required.
• BSN preferred; BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required.
• Experience with EPIC charting preferred.
• Pass open book skills exam with 90% during orientation.
• Adhere to facility policies, including fingernail and scheduling rules.
• Ability to manage patients on advanced respiratory support equipment.
