Behavior Technician
The VIOS Clinic
Entry-Level Behavior Technician (ABA) Provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism in a variety of community settings including homes, schools, and centers. Key Responsibilities Implement individualized treatment plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). Teach communication, social, and daily living skills using established behavior support strategies. Collect accurate session data and document progress. Collaborate with clinical supervisors and partner with families to support client goals. Maintain ethical, client-centered care aligned with clinical best practices. Qualifications & Skills Strong desire to work with children and support individuals with autism. Ability to follow behavior plans consistently and accurately collect data. Good communication and teamwork skills to work effectively with supervisors and families. Willingness to pursue RBT certification with provided training and support. #J-18808-Ljbffr The VIOS Clinic
