Project Manager

A respected national healthcare real estate services organization is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead healthcare facility projects from concept through occupancy. The company provides integrated real estate, advisory, development, and management solutions for health systems and healthcare providers across the United States.

This role serves as the primary point of coordination among clients, consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and aligned with client objectives. The ideal candidate is a collaborative leader with strong healthcare project management experience and a commitment to creating environments that support exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilitie

• sLead healthcare facility projects through planning, design, construction, and occupancy phase
• sManage project budgets, schedules, risk mitigation strategies, and overall project performanc
• eCoordinate and lead project teams, including architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, and vendor
• sFacilitate client communication and serve as a trusted advisor throughout the project lifecycl
• eOversee design development, construction documentation, and project quality assuranc
• eManage contract negotiations, procurement activities, and change order review
• sMonitor construction progress, safety, quality, and infection prevention initiative
• sPrepare and present project updates, performance metrics, and executive-level report
• sCollaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to achieve client and organizational objective

Qualificatio

• nsBachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience consider
• edMinimum of 5 years of progressive experience in healthcare project management, healthcare construction, or developme
• ntStrong knowledge of healthcare facility planning, design, construction, project delivery, and regulatory process
• esExperience managing project budgets, schedules, contracts, and consultant relationshi
