Job Title: Rapid Response Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Rapid Response Duration: 6 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 1-year current acute care ICU RN hospital experience License: RN Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIH Must-Have: Candidates must possess the following certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIH. Candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. Description: This position is for a Rapid Response Nurse with a focus on critical patient care. Staff in this role will work in an environment that requires teamwork and adaptability. The unit features 26 beds and a staff of 65. Patient ratios are estimated at 2:1, although not guaranteed. Experience with hemodynamic monitoring and airway management is preferred. Candidates with familiarity in utilizing specific medical equipment will be prioritized. A positive attitude and the ability to coach and adapt are essential for this position. This role involves moderate sedation procedures and may include CRRT and Sono IV. Candidates must be open to various shifts and potential scheduling changes.
