The bonus is paid after successfully completing the probationary period and requires a two-year employment commitment following probation. Salary Information Starting pay depends on experience and qualifications: New OPOTA-Certified Police Officer: $70,200 annually. With One Year of Experience: $76,876 annually. With Two Years of Experience: $83,304 annually. With Three Years of Experience: $90,334 annually.
