Depending on the needs of the restaurant, you may welcome guests, prepare ingredients, build bowls, fulfill digital orders, operate the register, or keep the restaurant ready for service.Your Responsibilities will include:Welcome guests, help them navigate the menu, and create a positive experience.Prepare ingredients and build fresh, flavorful meals according to SeoulSpice recipes and standards.Complete in-person and digital orders quickly, accurately, and with consistent portions and presentation.Keep work areas clean, organized, stocked, and compliant with food-safety procedures.Learn multiple stations, communicate with your teammates, and step in wherever support is needed.What You'll Bring to the Team You don't need restaurant experience to succeed here. This position requires availability based on the restaurant's needs, which may include mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Restaurant work is active and hands-on. Team Members must be able to perform the essential duties of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation.
