Travel RN - Renal Med-SurgWe are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our busy 21-bed Renal Med-Surg unit specializing in the care of patients with acute and chronic kidney disease, post-dialysis needs, and complex medical-surgical conditions. This high-acuity unit manages a diverse patient population requiring continuous monitoring, frequent assessments, and multidisciplinary coordination. The ideal candidate is confident in managing renal-related complications while thriving in a fast-paced environment with high patient turnover.Deliver comprehensive nursing care to adult renal and medical-surgical patientsManage patients with acute kidney injury, chronic kidney disease, and post-dialysis needsMonitor and interpret cardiac telemetryCollaborate with nephrologists and interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomesFloat as needed within scope to similar Med-Surg units, including Wound Care, Stroke, Oncology, Cardiac, Observation, and ED boardersThis is a nights position from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, requiring 36 hours/week with every other weekend required.Active Ohio RN license (required at submission)Current BLS certificationMinimum 3 years of recent Med-Surg and Telemetry experience (renal experience strongly preferred)Proven ability to independently read and interpret telemetry stripsEpic EMR proficiency (mandatory, no training provided)At ARMStaffing, we take care of our employees!
