Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active New York State physical therapy license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Preferred Qualifications Experience in outpatient physical therapy settings preferred. Experience with orthopedic and post-surgical rehabilitation preferred.
