About the Role

The On-Call Server Assistant supports the dining experience by assisting Food Servers and ensuring the smooth flow of service. This role helps prepare dining areas for guests, delivers high-quality support throughout service, and responds promptly to guest needs. The Food Runner is part of the Restaurant & Bar team and reports to the Restaurant & Bar Leadership.

What You Will Do

• Set and maintain clean, well-prepared tables and service areas, providing water, bread, and butter in alignment with Four Seasons Standards.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.
• Restock linens, glassware, silver, and basic food items; assist with simple preparation such as toast, soup, or beverages.
• Set up, break down, and clean buffets and food stations.
• Collaborate with team members to support smooth service flow.
• Assist with taking or delivering orders and seating guests when needed.

What You Bring

• One year of food service or related hospitality experience.
• High school education or equivalent experience.
• Ability to carry and balance trays safely and confidently.
• Strong teamwork, reliability, and a guest-focused mindset.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.

Schedule & Hours

• This is an on-call position.
• Scheduled days and times may vary based on business needs.
