You will be the Control Account Manager for the Combat Systems Hardware team which is responsible for providing diverse engineering talent and functional excellence in the development of processes, tools and technology to provide our customers advanced Sensors, Mission Processors and Integrated Displays to the Aeronautics weapon systems platforms. As the Control Account Manager you will be responsible for leading cost, schedule, and technical integration efforts for subsystems supporting 5th Gen fighter aircraft. Your responsibilities will include:

• Manage supplier relationships and coordinate baseline change requests.
• Develop and maintain Basis of Estimates, proposals, and Statements of Work.
• Oversee cost‑segregation guidelines and control‑account budget integrity.
• Produce monthly status reports and variance analyses, including Estimates at Complete reviews.
• Collaborate with cost/schedule integrators and cross‑functional teams to ensure technical integration.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering or a related STEM field.
• Project‑management or engineering‑planning experience.
• Strong cross‑functional collaboration and communication skills.
• Hands‑on knowledge of EVMS and project‑planning processes.

This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $111,700 - $196,880. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year. This position is incentive plan eligible.
