We’re building more than infrastructure; we are building your future.**General Summary**The pump installer is responsible for pump repair, installation and troubleshooting of large water pumps at water well locations.**Essential Job Accountabilities*** Responsible for pump repair, installation and troubleshooting of water pumps* Job preparation including assembling parts, supplies and materials* Training helpers and maintaining a safe working environment* Responsible for maintaining and repairing company issued equipment* Responsible for well rehabilitation efforts using chemicals and mechanical means* Administrative work including reports, driving logs, timesheets**Education*** High School Diploma, GED or equivalent years of experience**Certification*** Valid state driver’s license and Class A CDL**Work Experience*** Must have 1-3 years previous pump installation and repair experience as Helper or Pump Installer**Knowledge, Skills and Abilities*** Must have working understanding of pumps, motors, wells, electricity, controls, piping, rigging, chemicals and well rehabilitation tools* Must be extremely safety conscious and understand hazards and dangers associated with the job* This job travels - must be able to travel overnight for up to 2 weeks at a time.
