Compensation, Schedule & Shift

• Pay Rate: $24.41 per hour.
• Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
• Days: Monday through Friday.
• Balance: Enjoy steady, predictable daytime hours with your weekends free.

Your Impact and Responsibilities

• Master the Systems: Perform high-quality repairs and preventative maintenance on facilities, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Lead and Inspect: Review completed tasks from maintenance personnel to ensure top-tier quality standards.
• Drive Efficiency: Research and recommend smart equipment purchases to boost facility safety and performance.
• Mentor Future Pros: Oversee training activities and monitor work-based learning assignments for maintenance students.
• Manage Projects: Supervise outside contractors to guarantee seamless execution on large repair or replacement jobs.
• Stay Proactive: Conduct thorough, periodic inspections of building systems to catch issues before they start.
• Collaborate Daily: Partner with vocational programs and staff across departments to enhance student support and facility operations.

What You Bring to the Team

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent (advanced degrees are a plus).
• Experience: At least one year of proven success in building maintenance.
• Technical Chops: Working knowledge or certifications in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, or boilers are highly preferred.
• Mobility: A valid NH driver's license (or equivalent) and the ability to meet company insurability standards.
• Physical Strength: Ready to sit, stand, climb, walk, and lift up to 40 pounds (or more with assistance).
• Mindset: Strong problem-solving skills, excellent organizational habits, and a passion for mentoring young learners with respect and accountability.
