Job Description

* Lead daytoday delivery of a multifamily project valued at $10-30M

* Manage budget, schedule, contracts, and project reporting

* Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams

* Oversee closeout activities, including punch lists and turnover

* Travel to the Cincinnati site 1-2 days per week as required

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have:

* 3-7 years of construction project management experience

* Background in multifamily or mixeduse construction

* Proficiency with Procore and Microsoft Excel

* Strong understanding of cost control and scheduling

* Clear communicator comfortable leading project teams
