Assigned proposals may range from small to medium scope and generally have low to medium risk profiles. Responsible for management of responses to RFP in accordance with governance. Assigned proposals may range from small to medium scope and generally have low to medium risk profiles. Typically, this pursuit manager has a primary solution they focus on to build the needed competencies for advancement. Professional interfaces directly with and provides support to the sales manager, project director, and project manager to set the proposal execution strategy/schedule, assemble proposal response team, and develop the project execution plan and value proposition / win strategies. Ensure conceptual design and business enablement functional teams (estimating, project controls, construction, procurement, subcontracts, LIFTT) are held accountable to provide deliverables in accordance with proposal development schedule. Monitors and manages pursuit team expenditures to align with approved budgets. Participate in cost review. Facilitate risk determination / mitigation and leadership approval discussions. Assist in negotiations as requested. Facilitate discussion and actions to transition proposal basis information to the project execution team upon contract signature. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience. 4+ years of engineering, project execution, or technical pursuit management experience. Ability to complete pre-employment onboarding requirements (criminal/civil background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle records search, in compliance with applicable laws and regulations). Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related technical project execution field.
