Responsibilities Shape Strategy & Drive Revenue Define the3-5 yearproduct vision,strategyand roadmap for a multi-billion dollarbusiness line with senior executive visibility and engagement Identifywinning verticals and use cases where BHN dominates the market Design pricing, packaging, and bundling strategies that accelerate growth Own P&L performance—revenue, EBITDA, margin optimization, and KPI accountability Present strategy to executives and influence company-wide investment decisions Build the Payment Platform Manage the end-to-end payment ecosystem: processing, fraud, disputes, settlement, reconciliation, and APIs Make architectural decisions that balance scalability, security, and speed across millions of transactions Manage short and long-term roadmaps, forecasting resource requirements to deliver against strategic priorities Establish compliance frameworks for PCI/EMV, KYC/AML, and fraud prevention Design developer-friendly APIs, payment products and experiences that make BHN easy to integrate and impossible to leave Ensure quality standards and market competitiveness across thepaymentsproduct portfolio Win in the Market Lead customer discovery—understand pain points,validatedirection, close deals alongside sales Conduct competitive analysis andidentifyopportunities in mobile wallets, B2B payments, cross-border, and emerging use cases Navigate complex stakeholder ecosystems—design win-win solutions for brands, networks, partners, consumers, and BHN Forge strategic partnerships with banks, PSPs, andfintechsto expand capabilities and reach Ship Products That Matter Translate customer needs into technical requirements engineering teams can build Make daily tradeoff decisions on speed vs. scalability vs. technical debt Launch products on time by orchestrating across sales, marketing, operations, and engineering Use data tooptimizeconversion funnels, transaction costs, and customer experience Lead Through Influence Rally cross-functional teams without formal authority—inspire execution across the organization Serve as BHN's senior authority on payments strategy, shaping how product teams approach the payouts domain Enable sales with compelling materials, training, and direct customer support Build credibility as the go-to payments expert at BHN Qualifications Payments DNA (Required) 12+ years in product management, including 8+ years in payments/fintech, with experience in acquiring, issuing, mobile payments, B2B payments, or cross-border transactions Deepexpertisein disbursements, prepaid card program requirements,rewardsand incentives software technology Deepexpertisein payment mechanics: clearing, settlement, funds flow, authorization, and reconciliation across multiple rails Strong platform and API experience—you'vebuilt transaction processing systems at scale Technical fluency: You debate system architecture, review APIs, and make informed build vs. buy decisions P&L ownership:You'vemanaged budgets, driven revenue growth, and been accountable for business outcomes Strategic Leadership (Required) Proventrack recordwriting product strategies that teamsactually executeagainst Master of stakeholder management—you align engineering, sales, marketing, legal, compliance, and executives Data-driven decision maker who balances analytics with strategic judgment Executive communication: You present to C-suite and Board with clarity and conviction Experience in agile environments and global matrixed organizations Risk & Compliance Savvy (Required) Built frameworks for PCI/EMV, KYC/AML, and fraud prevention at scale Navigate regulatory complexity whilemaintainingvelocity and customer experience Manage risk without killing innovation Bonus: Game-Changing Experience Launched $50M+ revenue products or managed significant P&L Built prepaid products, stored value platforms, or digital wallets Negotiated partnerships with banks, PSPs, or card networks Experience at leading payments companies (Stripe, Adyen, PayPal, Square,Marqeta) Product leadership in fleet payments, fuel cards, or B2B payment solutions Global payment products across multiple markets and regulatory environments We seek candidates who not only demonstrate curiosity and adaptability in emerging technologies but have also successfully implemented and utilized AI tools to enhance their work, improve processes, or deliver measurable results.
