About the Role
The Company is seeking a Regional Vice President for Franchise Sales to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for presenting franchise brand offerings, maintaining relationships with existing franchisees, and acting as a leader in the development of franchise growth and partnerships. This role involves working with business brokers and consultants, attending trade shows, and conducting virtual meetings with prospects. The ideal candidate should be a self-motivated individual with a strong background in business ownership or outside transactional sales, and while franchise sales experience is a plus, it is not required. The role demands a high level of commitment, including the ability to travel up to 50% and the flexibility to work with a CRM system, achieve goals under pressure, and have proficient computer skills. Applicants for the Regional Vice President - Franchise Sales position at the company should be prepared to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. The role is suited for individuals who are motivated by the challenge of the sales process, enjoy helping others succeed, and are driven by the potential for uncapped earnings.
