30hop Restaurant & Bar in Lee's Summit, MO is hiring Servers to join our front of house team. We’re looking for friendly, dependable people who enjoy a fast-paced restaurant environment and know how to provide a great Guest experience. As a Server at 30hop, you’ll welcome Guests, help them navigate our food and beverage offerings, and work alongside the kitchen, bar, and front of house teams to keep service running smoothly. 30hop is a full-service American restaurant and bar with locations across Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, and Nebraska. We’re known for great food, craft beer, and a fun, welcoming atmosphere. Our teams are at the heart of what we do and help create a great experience for our Guests every day. Fully trained Servers earn $7.50 per hour plus tips, with tip payouts distributed the following morning. Schedule: Part-time opportunities available Weekend availability is needed, including Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays Part-Time Benefits 25% dining discount for you and up to seven guests Employee Assistance Program offering six counseling sessions per issue, per year 25% discount at more than 25 Craft Concepts restaurants throughout Iowa, Omaha, Kansas City, and Missouri for you and one guest (Sunday-Thursday) Employee appreciation events and celebrations What You’ll Do Greeting Guests and providing attentive service throughout their visit Answering questions and helping Guests make food and beverage selections Entering orders accurately and communicating with kitchen and bar team members Serving food and beverages in a timely manner Checking in with Guests and responding professionally to questions or concerns Processing payments accurately Maintaining clean, organized dining and service areas Resetting tables and completing assigned side work Restocking supplies and assisting with opening and closing responsibilities Following established food safety and sanitation practices Supporting other team members to keep service moving during high-volume periods Other duties as assigned Qualifications Must be 18 years of age or older Previous serving experience is strongly preferred.
