Physical Therapist

Provide high-quality inpatient rehabilitation care to adults recovering from conditions such as stroke, brain/spinal cord injury, and orthopedic surgery. Perform comprehensive evaluations and develop evidence-based treatment plans. Deliver individualized therapy to restore mobility, function, and independence. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Educate patients and families about treatment and recovery processes. Document patient progress and treatment in the EMR system. Support safe discharge planning and transition of care.
