Occupational Therapist (OT)

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team at Countryside Post-Acute and Rehabilitation Center in Lawrenceburg, Tennessee. As an Occupational Therapist at our facility, you will play a critical role in helping our patients regain independence and achieve their maximum potential after an illness, injury, or surgery.

Occupational Therapist (OT) Responsibilities

• Design and implement individualized occupational therapy plans to meet the unique needs of our patients

• Conduct evaluations, assessments, and treatments to improve patients' mobility, strength, balance, and coordination

• Collaborate with our rehabilitation team, including physical therapists, speech therapists, and physicians, to develop comprehensive treatment plans

• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on proper techniques and strategies to promote independence and safety

• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records

• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to review patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

Occupational Therapist (OT) Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program

• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Tennessee
