About the Position

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Med/Surg Duration: 13 weeks Shift: AM Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum years of experience required License: Valid nursing license required Certifications: Relevant certifications needed Must-Have: - Travelers will be handling patients within their specialty. - If there are no patients, they will float between facilities as needed. - The main need is for the Decatur facility with a 15-mile radius. - Staff will be informed prior to their shift where they will be working. - All time off must be submitted upfront. Description: This position involves providing nursing care in a medical-surgical setting. Registered Nurses will be responsible for assessing patient needs and implementing appropriate care. They will collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure the best patient outcomes. Nurses must be flexible in floating between different facilities if necessary. This role requires strong communication and critical thinking skills. Candidates must have a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care. Preference will be given to those with experience in the Med/Surg specialty.
