Documentation & IT Operations Maintain documentation of network configurations, equipment, passwords/credentials, vendors, and troubleshooting procedures. Track IT equipment and maintain an accurate inventory across locations. Create repeatable IT setup standards and checklists for existing and new offices. Qualifications Proven experience in IT support, networking, systems administration, or a related technical role. Strong understanding of LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VLANs, VPNs, Wi‑Fi, switches, routers, and firewalls . Experience troubleshooting Windows computers and common office hardware. Ability to prioritize urgent issues across multiple locations. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Ability and willingness to travel between Clove Dental offices throughout Southern California . Must be comfortable working in person five days per week . Ability to provide occasional after‑hours or on‑call support for urgent IT issues. Preferred Qualifications CompTIA Network+, CCNA, or equivalent networking certification. Experience supporting multi‑location businesses. Experience with dental or healthcare IT environments. Familiarity with Open Dental or other dental practice‑management software. Experience with VoIP systems. Experience with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 administration. Experience with low‑voltage wiring, Ethernet cabling, patch panels, and network equipment installation. Experience supporting new office openings, relocations, or acquisitions. What We're Looking For We are looking for a hands‑on operator, not someone who only manages IT remotely . You should be willing to go to an office, diagnose the problem, get under a desk or into a network closet when necessary, run a cable, replace equipment, and stay with the problem until it is solved. The right person will help Clove Dental build a reliable, standardized technology infrastructure that can support a rapidly growing network of dental offices. #J-18808-Ljbffr Clove Dental
