Job Overview The Territory Sales Manager position is based in Lancaster, PA. Responsibilities Work with contractors, engineering firms, and municipalities to increase product specification and sales in the territory. Develop and maintain business relationships to achieve sales targets. Apply extensive training on products and sales processes to meet performance goals. Qualifications Previous outside sales experience within the commercial construction market. Strong business development and relationship management skills. Benefits Competitive compensation.
