Clinical Supervisor

Overview ChildNet Youth and Family Services is seeking a Clinical Supervisor for the Behavioral Health Services (BHS) Program in Riverside, CA. Inland Empire Behavioral Health Services (BHS) provides comprehensive mental health services, including individual/group therapy for at-risk children and their families. The Clinical Supervisor will oversee training and supervision of clinicians, serve as liaison between administrative and clinical staff, and maintain compliance with applicable licensure requirements. Responsibilities Provide direct supervision of all clinicians assigned to the team, including oversight of clinical and administrative duties. Provide at least one hour of individual supervision with all clinicians weekly. Provide at least one two-hour group supervision weekly; if group size exceeds 8 members, conduct two groups weekly. Review paperwork for clinicians (assessments, treatment plans, medical necessity, letters, progress notes, outcome measures, clinical documentation) to maintain agency, DBH, and evidence-based practice standards. Collaborate with other ChildNet department supervisors and their staff to ensure clinical chart compliance. Oversee clinicians in maintaining documentation deadlines and productivity requirements. Ensure emergency coverage for client emergencies 24 hours/day, 7 days/week. Provide initial and ongoing training for clinicians. Serve as liaison between administrative staff and clinical staff. Develop a collaborative annual supervision plan with all clinicians. Maintain a caseload of at least two cases. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Master’s degree in a mental health-related field. Currently licensed in the State of California as an LMFT or LCSW. At least two (2) years of experience post-licensure. Ability to drive; essential function of the position. Post-offer pre-hire medical clearance with occupational physical, tuberculosis screening, and drug test; criminal background clearance via DOJ/FBI/Child Abuse Index search is required. Underwriting requirements include maintaining a valid California driver’s license, valid auto liability insurance on file, and a good driving record. Additional Information Salary range: $81,300-$83,300 annually. Pay rate will be determined based on qualifications, degree, experience, bilingual ability, region, and/or a combination of those factors.
