Senior Business Intelligence Analyst

We are seeking a highly analytical Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to support strategic decision-making across the organization. This role will partner closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to analyze business performance, identify trends, evaluate profitability, and provide actionable recommendations that drive growth and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate is naturally curious, enjoys digging into data, and can translate complex financial information into meaningful business insights. This individual will help answer critical business questions related to customer profitability, pricing strategy, operating performance, marketing effectiveness, and overall financial results. Key Responsibilities: Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities across the business. Evaluate customer, product, and business segment profitability and provide recommendations to improve financial performance. Develop pricing and margin analyses to support pricing strategy and revenue growth initiatives. Assess the potential financial impact of market conditions, tariffs, inflation, and other external factors on business performance. Partner with sales, marketing, operations, and leadership teams to understand business drivers and support decision-making. Analyze marketing spend and measure return on investment (ROI) across campaigns and initiatives. Develop financial models, scenario analyses, and business cases to support strategic initiatives. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reporting packages for leadership. Investigate variances and performance fluctuations, providing insight into root causes and recommended actions. Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes. Identify opportunities to improve reporting, data integrity, and business intelligence capabilities. Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership in a clear and concise manner. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Analytics, or related field. 4+ years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), corporate finance, business analytics, or a related field. Strong financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Advanced Excel skills required. Experience with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or other reporting and analytics tools preferred. Ability to work with large data sets and translate findings into actionable business recommendations. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to partner effectively across departments.
