Heritage Crossings is looking for a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide high-quality rehabilitation services on a PRN basis. Working alongside an experienced therapy team, you'll help residents improve mobility, restore function, and achieve meaningful outcomes in a supportive senior living environment. How You’ll Make an Impact Implement individualized treatment programs developed by the supervising Physical Therapist. Support residents in reaching their rehabilitation goals through therapeutic exercises and functional mobility training. Monitor resident performance and communicate progress, concerns, and recommendations to the therapy team. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility, state, and federal guidelines. Collaborate with nursing staff and interdisciplinary team members to promote successful outcomes. Encourage resident participation while fostering confidence, safety, and independence. What We’re Looking For Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program. Active Nebraska Physical Therapist Assistant license. Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to build positive relationships with residents, families, and team members. Desire to provide person-centered care with professionalism and compassion. Why Heritage Crossings?
